Basildon United's first team play senior amateur football in the Essex Senior League, which is at Step 5 in the national Football Pyramid.
They also compete in the F.A. Vase competition as well as other prestigious cup competitions including the Essex Senior Cup, Essex Thames-side Trophy and the East Anglian Cup.
The Reserves:
Basildon United also has a reserve team competing in the Essex, Herts & Bordering Counties Premier League, which is a top quality Intermediate League.
The Womens:
The Basildon United Women's team will play in Division One of the Essex County Woman's League.
The Under 18's:
Its U18 Youth team will play in the Southend and District Sunday Youth League this coming season.
The club is looking to get a good team structure throughout the club which allows all the players to develop at different levels and the opportunity to play top senior amateur football and to progress onwards to bigger and better places.
